2-sentence company description:

Macromeasures is a marketing data company built around the modern consumer footprint. Unlike traditional data vendors who use offline to online data collection, Macromeasures taps social networks like Twitter and Instagram to build rich profiles around a consumer's demographics and real-time psychographics.

Who can't live without your product/service?

Marketers that strive to honor who their customers are and what they care about. Marketing and social tools that need rich insights to take their platforms to the next level.

Why can't they live without you?

There is no other data provider that leverages real-time insights from social to deliver rich, structured insights on customers at the individual level. To take that a step further, we're able to tie these insights into DMP's & CRM's, enabling marketers to leverage these insights to readily personalize using their existing stack & processes.

Greatest company accomplishment:

Working with amazing millennial fortune 500 brands and partnering with some of the fastest growing marketing, social and data platforms out there right now.

What makes you guys sweat at night?

Ambiguity around social network API platforms and making sure that we're doing everything we can to reduce the friction for marketing and tools to leverage our data.

Biggest competitor(s)?

DemographicsPro.

How are you better?

Real-time data (vs. cached insights) and individual data (vs. aggregate level data). An API first approach with the intention of plugging into the tools marketers are already using to reduce the friction between insight and successful campaigns.

If your company were to have to have a mascot, what would it be?

Honey-badger.
