You may cancel your subscription to The Red Books(tm) Online for a full refund of the subscription service price by notifying Red Books customer service at 1-800-340-3244 of such cancellation within thirty (30) calendar days of the date that a user identification number is assigned to you. You may return your Red Books publication(s) or CD-Rom disc(s) within thirty (30) calendar days of the date such product was post-marked to you for a full refund of the purchase price less the shipping and handling charges that Red Books incurred to mail such product to you. In order to receive your refund, such product should be returned in substantially the same condition as it was received by you and should be mailed to Red Books Customer Service at 121 Chanlon Road, New Providence, NJ 07974. Orders are non-cancelable/non-returnable after 30 days. Beyond 30 days you will be accountable for full payment of the complete 12 month term.
